  • Return & Exchange Policy

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure you record a clear unboxing video from the moment you receive the package.

    You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery only if:

    1. The product is defective
    2. A wrong product was delivered, or

    3. A wrong color was delivered.

  • Refund Policy

    Refunds are applicable only if the above return conditions are met and a valid unboxing video is provided.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
